Our 8x5x4 support system is based on 9am – 6pm, Monday to Friday excluding Saturday and public holidays. Our certified engineers will be on-site to troubleshoot and identify faults within 4 business hours. If hardware failure is confirmed, faulty parts will be replaced.

8 hours by 5.5 days 4 hours on-site response – Singapore Only

Our 8×5.5×4 support system is based on 9am – 6pm, Monday to Friday and 9am-1pm Saturday excluding public holidays. Our certified engineers will be on-site to troubleshoot and identify faults within 4 business hours. If hardware failure is confirmed, faulty parts will be replaced.

8 hours by 5 days by Next-Business-Day on-site response

Our 8x5xNBD support system is based on 9am – 6pm, Monday to Friday excluding Saturday and public holidays. Our certified engineers will be on-site to troubleshoot and identify faults within the next-business-day. If hardware failure is confirmed, faulty parts will be replaced.

24 hours by 7 days 4 hours on-site response – Singapore Only

Our 24x7x4 support system is based on 24 hours, 365 days a year. Our certified engineers will be on-site to troubleshoot and identify faults within 4 business hours. If hardware failure is confirmed, faulty parts will be replaced.
