Our 8x5.5x4 support system is based on 9am – 6pm, Monday to Friday and Saturday 9am-1pm, and excluding public holidays. Our certified engineers will be on site to troubleshoot   identify faults; within 6 hours (business hours), if confirm hardware failure, faulty parts will be replaced.(singapore only)

8 hours by 5 days by Next-Business-Day on-site response
Our 8x5xNBD support system is based on 9am – 6pm, Monday to Friday excluding Saturday and public holidays. Our certified engineers will be on site to troubleshoot   identify faults; within next-business-day, if confirm hardware failure, faulty parts will be replaced.(Asia Area)

24 hours by 7 days 4 hours on-site response
Our 24x7x4 support system is based on 24 hours, 365 days a year. Our certified engineers will be on site to troubleshoot & identify faults; within 6 hours (business hours), if confirm hardware failure, faulty parts will be replaced. (Asia Area)
