I just wanted to let you know that I really appreciate your knowledge and support in helping me to select and test the hardware for our wireless network infrastructure. I had contemplated those components for a while now, but I never, until I have "discovered" you and "Knowledge Computers", had the opportunity to real-life test them, to ask questions and to receive prompt and to the point answers.
